An Abandoned Shed
Yesterday I went with a friend out into Bedford County that borders on Lynchburg, VA - where we live - on the west. We were on a country road near Goode, VA, when we passed this shed. We turned around and made some photographs. Today I took a stab at sketching and painting it.
Not thrilled with the resulting painting though it is starting to grow on me. I realized when I thought I was finished that I don’t pay enough attention to shadows. I’ve got to work on that.
