We're off on Monday on a 3-week trip that will include 6 days in Barcelona, Spain and then 14 days on a Holland-America cruise ship back across the Atlantic. I'm taking my camera gear in my brand new Vanquest VSling shoulder bag and I'm including my flash unit with the gear.
I wanted to take my Flashstick along to give i a try on a vacation but I can't take it in its case, I assume, because of carry-on limits. So I almost gave up the idea until I tried fitting the handle cap from my monopod on the end of the Flashstick and it worked! Now I can claim it as a walking stick and that's allowed. I have packed the folded up case for it along with the flash attachment piece, so once in Barcelona I'll be good to go!
